Alphas cancelled by Syfy after 2nd season. I can't say I'm surprised but I'm gonna miss seeing Ryan Cartwright's brilliant performance as Gary.

On the subject of cancellations. "Drop Dead Diva" has also been cancelled after four seasons. Season four hasn't even aired over here. I wonder if it will be now?

As usual for a Tuesday night I had a pretty full TV schedule last night. After Five-0 (which I've already commented on) I watched "Elementary" (and SkyLiving were treating us to a double bill - I think when they said that after last weeks episode I actually said "but I have a full TV schedule already!"). Okay, this cold I've got it really starting to annoy me now. It's affecting my sleep which is just plain annoying. I watched "Elementary" again last night - 1x06 - thought it was another good episode. I liked the idea that the plan crash was a cover for a murder and it was fun seeing Sherlock figure it all out. Nice to see Reiko Aylesworth make an appearance too - I'd like to see her get a regular role on something again. Her character in this was pretty cool.

I watched "Elementary" last night - 1x05 - thought this episode was pretty good as usual. I'm not loving this show but I am liking it. I watched the Pilot of "Elementary" last night. I really enjoyed this first episode. Liked Jonny Lee Miller and Lucy Liu separately and together (in a non shippy way) and I'm looking forward to seeing how their friendship develops and progresses.
